Running!

I am not a runner.
But before my accident, I always run. (and hope after the recovery, I run)
Not every day but most of the day in a week.

I do love long run. Don't imagine marathon runner. My longest run was 20K, not even half marathon.

I just run and run. 
Why? 
When running I become myself.
I beat my own self.
I speak to myself. 
I coach myself. 
I push myself. 
I cherish myself. 
I motivate myself.

When I run, I create my own race. Not 5K, 10K nor the fastest. But commitment..

Commitment to run. 

Trust me, my weakness is Commitment.
